Overview: We are seeking a Product Owner / Agile Business Analyst with 5-10 years of experience, combining business and technical skills, and a thorough understanding of Lloyd’s market underwriting processes. You will play a key role in maximizing the value delivered by their Workbench and other products.

Role Purpose: The initial focus will be on the Workbench application, with scope expected to expand as the Systems Landscape evolves. The Product Owner will ensure the application provides an integrated, flexible, and scalable environment to support underwriting and other business functions.

Key Interfaces:

• Collaborate closely with Underwriting and other functional teams.
• Work with the project/programme team and multiple Business Analysts.
• Serve as the primary contact with external vendors and implementation teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the internal expert and main contact for product-related inquiries.
• Gather, document, and challenge requirements with Underwriting stakeholders.
• Coordinate enhancement priorities across underwriting teams.
• Support users, diagnose functional issues, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Manage relationships with platform vendors and align with their development roadmaps.
• Engage regularly with third-party vendor teams involved in product development and integration.
• Assist users in testing and adopting the application.
• Plan for vendor roadmap adoption to ensure seamless integration and benefits.
• Define and monitor KPIs for product performance and usage.
• Manage permissions and security controls.
• Promote product adoption across the organization.
• Facilitate regular product stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment.
