The Global Operations team is seeking new talent.

Candidate Profile:

• Several years of experience working in a Salesforce.com environment with a passion for the tool.
• Dynamic, adaptable, creative, and capable of working in a fast-paced, collaborative, global environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for new projects and enhancements.
• Assist the Project Manager with effort estimates and communicate benefits and risks of solutions.
• Act as Product Owner: collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, prioritize backlog, and monitor progress.
• Own testing and implementation plans, including communication and documentation.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with SFDC.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations within a software company.
• Salesforce Admin certification or similar preferred.
• Strong technical understanding and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Siemens processes and systems is a plus.
• Ability to customize applications (fields, workflows, alerts, validation rules, permissions).
