Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce administration tools and configuration.
• Strong attention to detail and methodical approach.
• Clear communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive product innovation by prototyping new features and lines.
• Provide expert configuration and UI support during releases.
• Scope and implement configuration changes with Professional Services.
• Build post-installation guides and manage upgrades for Atamis environments.
• Provide timely support for product-related escalations.
• Support third-party integrations via Salesforce AppExchange and document processes.
• Contribute to Enhancer offering optimization for client value.
• Develop dashboards, templates and reporting functions as required.
• Collaborate with other Atamis teams to identify product improvements.
• Maintain technical knowledge of Atamis platform and Salesforce.
