• Scope and implement configuration change requests with Professional Services.
• Create post-installation guides and manage upgrades for environments.
• Handle product-related escalations with timely client-focused resolutions.
• Support third-party integrations via Salesforce AppExchange and document processes.
• Maintain knowledge of Atamis platform and Salesforce capabilities.
