You will mentor teams, partner with engineering, and drive scalable platform capabilities while balancing market impact and resource allocation.

The role is based in Nottingham or London with a hybrid work pattern.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in digital product management delivering scalable consumer-facing products or platform capabilities.
• Ability to conceptualise complex problems, identify levers for growth, and align long-term strategy with execution.
• Strong comfort with cloud, APIs, data pipelines and collaboration with software engineers.
• Demonstrated use of quantitative metrics and customer insights to guide roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, definition, and route to market for digital products and features.
• Develop 18+ month product visions for stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Drive product market positioning to maintain relevance and advantage.
• Balance portfolio trade-offs to optimise resource allocation and market impact.
• Bridge high-level strategy with technical delivery decisions and resourcing insights.
• Champion platform capabilities (APIs, cloud, data architectures) for scalable growth.
