Job summary

OpenFX is building its first Product Operations role to partner with the Head of Product Operations and scale our Product Operating System across a fast-growing fintech platform.

You’ll influence product craft, launch motion, and AI-augmented workflows, helping PMs leverage AI as a multiplier and connecting product teams to GTM and operations. This is a high-leverage seat in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Operations, Strategy and Operations, or a hybrid senior PM role in fintech or B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on with AI tools as a productivity multiplier for your own work.
• Experience with product analytics platforms (Heap or similar).
• Proven ability to build agent-driven workflows and scale a product org.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the Head of Product Operations to refine and scale the Product Operating System.
• Drive standards, discovery, PRD drafting, and AI-driven review pipelines.
• Own cross-functional collaboration with GTM, CS, and Operations on launches.
• Develop insights programs connecting product to business outcomes and regulatory signals.
• Shape AI workflows, sprint reporting, and roadmap intelligence for the team.
