Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Operations, Delivery, Programme Management or Product Leadership.
• Experience in a SaaS, software or tech environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern product development practices.
• Demonstrated success improving operational processes and delivery performance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven decision making and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution.
• Experience implementing reporting structures, KPIs, OKRs and performance frameworks.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across product and delivery processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to establish scalable operating frameworks.
• Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ensure roadmaps, priorities and delivery plans align with business objectives.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between technical, commercial and operational teams.
• Identify risks and delivery challenges and implement solutions.
• Support resource planning, capacity management and prioritisation across workstreams.
• Improve visibility of product initiatives through governance and reporting.
• Champion operational excellence and best practice across the organisation.
• Lead, coach and mentor team members to foster accountability and collaboration.
• Help define tools, systems and processes to enable better execution.
• Support business growth by enabling scale without compromising quality.
