Job summary

Corgi Insurance is hiring a Project Manager for the Operations Team in our London office to own delivery across systems and workflows used by operations and engineering.

You will prioritize the backlog, drive cross-functional work with engineering, underwriting, claims and policy admin, and turn messy processes into shipped, measurable outcomes using AI tooling to move faster than a small team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management, program management, or ops-heavy product delivery.
• Comfortable working with engineers and technical systems (schema, APIs, UI, deployments).
• Experience with AI tooling and fintech/insurance workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Operations Team delivery cadence from day one.
• Turn ops pain into clear specs, priorities, and shipped outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional work between engineering, underwriting, claims, and policy admin.
• Track progress, unblock people, and keep quality high without slowing the team down.
