Job summary

I2I Recruitment is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Leader to drive product strategy, lifecycle management, and go-to-market initiatives. You will shape messaging, gather market insights, and collaborate across sales, marketing, and operations to accelerate revenue growth.

The role offers exposure to international markets and the opportunity to influence product roadmaps in a fast-paced, product-led environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in product marketing or a similar commercial role.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills with ability to turn insights into action.
• Experience supporting product launches, go-to-market activities, and marketing campaigns.

• Confident working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, suppliers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage products through the full lifecycle.
• Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and growth plans.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research.
• Create product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Lead product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
• Monitor product performance and identify improvements.
• Maintain product information, specifications, and internal data.
• Support new product development and build business cases for opportunities.
• Collaborate with suppliers, operations, and sales to bring products to market.
• Manage launch timelines and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
• Track market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
• Partner with sales teams to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
• Create product training materials, sales tools, and customer-facing content.
• Analyse sales and market data, measure ROI, and produce performance recommendations.
