Job summary

I2I Recruitment in the United Kingdom is seeking a marketing professional to create content for social media, email campaigns and the website.

You will support candidate attraction, write blogs, manage social media across platforms, update WordPress sites, and design marketing collateral while contributing to community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous marketing role or related qualification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and social media best practices.
• Experience using Adobe Illustrator or similar design software.
• Experience updating WordPress websites.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and the website.
• Support candidate attraction and talent engagement campaigns.
• Write blogs, candidate spotlights, client success stories, and marketing materials.
• Manage social media activity across multiple platforms.
• Support website updates, SEO improvements, and user experience enhancements
• Design marketing collateral and promotional materials.
• Assist with marketing automation, CRM workflows, and digital process improvements.
• Support event planning, promotions and community activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

MUST HAVE'S
