Consult are proud to be working on behalf of a global MedTech innovator to appoint a high-impact Marketing Manager for two of their fastest-growing dental implant systems. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of brands within a household name in dental technology - a business generating over $2.5B in global revenue and continuing to disrupt the market through precision innovation and agile, brand-led marketing.

You’ll work on behalf of two implant lines designed to win market share through differentiated positioning and value-led messaging. This is an end-to-end marketing role, blending product strategy with high-impact execution. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Education and Global Product Teams to influence everything from product launches to KOL engagement, educational programming and sales enablement.

The scope is broader than brand or product alone - it's ideal for someone who thrives in a multi-faceted marketing role within a fast-paced, medically regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the go-to-market strategy for two growing dental implant systems
  • Own the marketing calendar, campaign planning, product positioning and sales enablement
  • Translate market insights, competitor analysis and customer feedback into commercial strategy
  • Lead launches of new products and initiatives in partnership with global and local teams
  • Manage budget, marketing spend and performance analytics across product categories
  • Deliver training tools and marketing materials that empower a high-performing sales force
  • Work alongside KOLs and education partners to drive clinical advocacy and product awareness

Qualifications:

  • A proven Marketing Manager or Product Manager from Medical Devices, Dental or related MedTech fields
  • Strong experience in launching products, working cross-functionally and leading campaigns with commercial ROI
  • Someone with exceptional communication skills and confidence collaborating with Sales, Clinical and Regulatory teams
  • A background in dentistry, implants, orthopaedics, or surgical tech is a strong advantage
