Product Marketing Manager – Enterprise SaaS / Technology
Permanent Contract | London (Hybrid - 3 Days Office-Based)
We're recruiting an experienced Product Marketing Manager for an established, international enterprise software business preparing to bring a new technology platform to market.
Experience in enterprise architecture, data management, infrastructure software, AI platforms or related technologies would be particularly relevant, although direct experience in enterprise architecture isn't essential.
Working directly with senior product and commercial stakeholders, you'll take ownership of the product marketing process, from understanding the technology and identifying customer problems through to positioning, launch planning and sales enablement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging for technical and commercial audiences.
- Working closely with product managers, engineers and commercial teams to understand product capabilities, customer use cases and competitive alternatives.
- Translating complex technical functionality into tangible business benefits for enterprise decision-makers.
- Building and executing go-to-market plans for a new enterprise technology platform.
- Creating compelling product narratives, sales presentations, battlecards, FAQs and other enablement materials.
- Supporting product demonstrations, proof-of-concept activity and launch readiness.
- Working with sales, presales and customer-facing teams to refine messaging based on real customer conversations.
You'll need genuine, hands-on Product Marketing experience within a technically complex B2B SaaS environment.
Specifically, we're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Technical understanding: You're comfortable discussing software architecture, data, integrations and technical product capabilities with product teams. You don't need to be an engineer, but you must be able to ask intelligent questions and understand how the technology works.
- Commercial thinking: You can connect technical capabilities to real customer problems, commercial outcomes and compelling reasons to buy.
- Positioning and messaging: You've personally developed product positioning and value propositions, rather than simply executing messaging created by others.
- End-to-end product marketing: You've owned substantial elements of product launches, go-to-market strategy and sales enablement.
- Independent problem-solving: You can work through unfamiliar technical or commercial challenges, challenge assumptions and make informed recommendations.
- Strong communication: You're equally comfortable working with technical specialists, sales teams and senior business stakeholders.
Why Consider It?
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the launch of a new enterprise software platform within an established international technology business.
You'll have direct access to senior stakeholders, considerable ownership of the product marketing function and the opportunity to see your work influence how the business takes its technology to market.
- Benefits package available on application
- Location: Central London, hybrid working (currently three days per week in the office).
