Job description

Permanent position, office-based 3 days per week

An exciting charity in Buckinghamshire is looking to grow its marketing team and has a new role for a Product Marketing Lead.

You will manage the day-to-day membership/product marketing, driving multi-channel campaigns to increase retention and enhance the organisation's brand profile. Previous experience in a membership marketing role with a focus on retention is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive high-quality marketing campaigns targeting members to increase retention and brand awareness.
  2. Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager and team to develop marketing plans for each campaign.
  3. Create marketing materials including branding, website copy, content, graphics, and videos.
  4. Execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels: website, email, paid and organic social media, and print.
  5. Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to ensure success.
  6. Report on campaign success and ROI, providing feedback to stakeholders.
Experience Required:
  1. 3-5 years of experience in a campaign-led marketing role.
  2. Experience with membership or retention marketing is advantageous.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Ability to produce quality copy across online and offline channels.
  5. Analytical skills.
  6. Experience with website management, email marketing, paid and organic media, and print.
