Job summary

VanRath is seeking a creative Product Marketing Executive to drive product positioning and go‑to‑market activity within an established interiors manufacturing environment. You will own market research, launch campaigns and ongoing performance analysis while collaborating with marketing and sales teams.

Ideal candidates bring a degree in marketing or related field plus 2+ years in product marketing, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent marketing experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing or product marketing role.
  • Experience in a product‑led business, ideally manufacturing/interiors/retail.
  • Understanding of product marketing principles: positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market activity.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand customer and market needs.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills; strong written, verbal and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of product marketing strategies across the product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the wider business on new product development and launches.
  • Research customer needs, competitors, trends to identify opportunities.
  • Develop clear product positioning, messaging and supporting materials.
  • Translate technical product information into clear, commercially-focused content.
  • Plan and deliver product launch campaigns across digital, print, social and websites.
  • Create product literature, presentations and customer communications.
  • Work with sales to ensure appropriate materials and messaging are available.
  • Support exhibitions, events and showroom activity to showcase products.
  • Manage and update website product content with accurate positioning.
  • Create digital content to support campaigns and brand activity.
  • Monitor product and campaign performance using data and insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve positioning and marketing effectiveness.
  • Assist customers with bespoke marketing materials and showroom presentations.
  • Represent Marketing in interdepartmental meetings and product projects.
  • Manage multiple projects with deadlines and launch schedules.

As part of continued growth, they are seeking a creative and commercially minded Product Marketing Executive to join their team. This role will focus on bringing new products to market, developing product positioning and supporting the commercial success of the company's product portfolio.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider business, you will play a key role across the full product marketing lifecycle - from market research and new product development through to product launches, campaigns and ongoing performance analysis.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant marketing experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar marketing or product marketing role
  • Experience working within a product-led business, ideally manufacturing, interiors, retail or a related sector

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of product marketing strategies across the company's product portfolio
  • Work closely with the wider business to support new product development and product launches
  • Research customer needs, competitor activity, market trends and industry developments to identify product opportunities
  • Develop clear and engaging product positioning, messaging and supporting marketing materials
  • Translate complex technical product information into clear, commercially focused customer-facing content
  • Plan and deliver product launch campaigns across digital, print, social, website and other relevant channels
  • Produce, copy write and proofread product literature, technical information, presentations and customer communications
  • Work closely with sales and commercial teams to ensure they have the appropriate product marketing materials and messaging
  • Support exhibitions, events and showroom activity to effectively showcase products and new launches
  • Manage and update website product content, ensuring products are accurately positioned and presented
  • Create digital content to support product campaigns and ongoing brand activity
  • Monitor product and campaign performance using sales data, analytics and market insight
  • Identify opportunities to improve product positioning, marketing activity and commercial performance
  • Support customers with bespoke product marketing requirements, including marketing materials and showroom presentation
  • Represent the Marketing team at relevant interdepartmental meetings and product development projects
  • Manage multiple product marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and launch schedules are met
  • Support the wider Marketing team with additional campaigns and initiatives as required
