• Provide technological consulting to customers and colleagues in Account Management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical questions during quotation preparation and first‑level customer support.
• Facilitate communication between our HQ in China, the EMEA Office in Germany, and other EMEA offices regarding product development, technical improvements, and changes.
• Evaluate certification requirements, oversee testing and certification processes, and possess a profound understanding of local grid codes in the UK and Ireland.
• Manage all technical documentation for products.
• Conduct frequent benchmarking of our products against competitors and monitor market developments.

Qualifications

• Possess a university degree in electrical engineering, electrical & electronical engineering, power engineering, or a comparable background.
• Have experience in the renewable industry, particularly in PV Utility.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Exhibit strong communication and commercial skills, along with a passion, desire, and motivation to succeed.
• Possess English language skills at a C1 level.
• Be willing to travel across the UK & Ireland, with occasional trips within Europe and one or two visits to the Chinese headquarters per year.
• Be a quick learner with a desire to increase knowledge in the clean‑tech industry.
• Show attention to detail, connecting details to the bigger picture for an exceptional and brand‑aligned experience.
