Job summary

Techary is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own LaunchPad end-to-end, taking it from a strong value-add to a standalone, scalable product that sits at the heart of business growth. You will lead the roadmap, partner with development for day-to-day delivery, and drive growth by prioritising capabilities like AI-assisted procurement and live integrations across our global platform.

The role reports to the CTO and requires a blend of product ownership, management, and delivery leadership

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering business-critical applications or B2B SaaS platforms.
• Ability to translate leadership concepts and market challenges into product direction.
• Strong stakeholder management with non-technical and technical audiences.
• Experience building and prioritising multi-customer roadmaps on multi-tenant platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own LaunchPad product roadmap across development, operations, sales and wider teams.
• Be the primary product contact for senior stakeholders and translate concepts into product direction.
• Collaborate with development teams to define, sequence and prioritise requests for scalability and reliability.
• Lead discovery for new LaunchPad capabilities, including AI-assisted procurement and live integrations.
• Define and track success metrics (portal adoption, quote-to-order, time saved, data quality).
• Balance bespoke customer requirements with a scalable multi-tenant solution.
• Integrate LaunchPad with core systems and external integrations.
• Support leadership in scoping new engagements and shaping roadmaps.
• Ensure LaunchPad meets security, data protection, and governance standards.
• Work with marketing and sales to position LaunchPad as a flagship solution.
