Job summary

Techary is seeking an experienced product manager to own LaunchPad end to end, driving roadmap, delivery, and growth. You will collaborate with development, operations, sales and leadership to turn a strong value-add into a core product that sits at the heart of the business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering business-critical applications or B2B SaaS products.
• Ability to translate leadership concepts and market challenges into product direction.
• Experience coordinating with development teams on scalable platform roadmaps.
• Strong communication with sales, tech and leadership teams.
• Comfort working autonomously in a fast-scaling environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the LaunchPad product roadmap, aligning priorities across development, operations, sales and broader business teams.
• Act as primary product contact for senior stakeholders, translating concepts into a clear direction.
• Work with development teams to define and prioritise development against scalability and reliability.
• Lead discovery for new LaunchPad capabilities, including AI-assisted procurement and lifecycle automation.
• Define and track metrics like portal adoption, quote-to-order conversion, and data quality.
• Balance bespoke customer needs with building a multi-tenant scalable solution.
• Own integration of LaunchPad with core systems and external integrations.
• Support leadership in scoping new engagements.
• Ensure LaunchPad meets security, data protection and governance standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to position LaunchPad for ICP prospects.
