Job summary

• Proven experience owning product strategy from discovery through launch and optimisation.
• Strong track record in consultancy, agency, or client-facing environments.
• Ability to influence senior client stakeholders and lead constructive challenge.
• Line manage, coach, and develop senior product practitioners.
• Experience launching digital products and driving growth with performance evidence.
• Strong understanding of product economics and ROI.
• Experience using AI to enhance research, options, and decision quality.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate product strategy grounded in user needs, business goals, and evidence.
• Build commercial and investment narratives detailing expected value, costs, assumptions, and risks.
• Lead discovery initiatives to reduce market, desirability, viability, feasibility, and usability risks.
• Shape outcome-led roadmaps and guide Product Owners and teams in making strategic decisions.
• Lead launch, adoption, and in-market optimisation in partnership with client and agency leads.
• Use AI responsibly to improve research, scenario modeling, and product economics.
• Line manage, coach, and support the career progression of Senior Product Owners.
• Provide evidence-led advice to senior clients, managing difficult conversations to build alignment.
