Qualifications

• Significant experience in a Product Manager/Owner role within a fast-paced tech environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to gather customer feedback and requirements from external stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of software development processes.
• Self-motivated, curious and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in opportunity identification.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with senior/external stakeholders in mind.
• Ability to distill complex ideas into clear statements.

• Create product roadmaps, manage release timelines and communicate them across stakeholders.

• Drive governance, best practices and operating models for product management.
• Use data and customer feedback to inform decisions on product strategy.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and methodologies.
• Build and maintain relationships across the wider LoweConex group.
