Job summary

Enroly is seeking a Product Manager to own Interviews and Interview Assessment across CAS Shield and Apply. You’ll shape how asynchronous and live interviewing, assessment and scoring work, balancing regulatory needs with user experience for applicants and institutions.

You will drive a mobile-first, globally accessible experience, aligning product direction with university admissions and compliance teams, via a fast-paced, collaborative squad.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management.
• Hands-on product experience in asynchronous or video interviewing, remote proctoring, or online assessment.
• Experience delivering mobile or mobile-web products with device and bandwidth considerations.
• Strong execution skills: discovery, prioritisation and delivery.
• Fluency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Confident in internal and external stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to lead a squad and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable owning a product area where decisions must be fair, explainable and auditable.
• Resilient under pressure with ability to handle ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Experience with bug triage, prioritisation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for Interviews and Interview Assessment across CAS Shield and Apply.
• Define interviewing model: asynchronous/live formats, question design, banks, scoring rubrics, reviewer workflows.
• Own integrity and proctoring: identity verification, fraud signals, AI-assisted detection.
• Lead the mobile-first applicant experience across devices and geographies.
• Support AI features: transcription, summarisation and scoring help while keeping humans accountable.
• Ensure interviews and assessments are coherent across two products with clear ownership boundaries.
• Collaborate with university admissions, compliance teams, agents, applicants and internal stakeholders.
• Lead discovery across the full interview lifecycle and related processes.
• Manage backlogs and acceptance criteria, working with developers and QA.
• Post-launch analysis and continuous iteration; champion regulatory requirements.
