Job summary

Enroly is seeking a Product Manager to own Interviews and Interview Assessment across CAS Shield and Apply. You will define direction, trade-offs, and the end-to-end experience for asynchronous and live interviewing, including scoring and proctoring capabilities.

You’ll collaborate with universities, agents and applicants to deliver a scalable, mobile-friendly experience that respects UKVI rules, data protection and auditability, while driving product discovery and improvements across two linked

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management.
• Hands-on product experience in asynchronous or video interviewing, remote proctoring or online assessment, or identity verification.
• Experience delivering mobile or mobile-web products with device, bandwidth, and accessibility constraints.
• Fluency with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead a squad and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable owning a product area that must be fair, explainable and auditable.
• Resilient under pressure with ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Experience with bug triage, prioritisation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the roadmap for Interviews and Interview Assessment across CAS Shield and Apply.
• Define the interviewing model: asynchronous and live formats, question design, scoring rubrics and workflows.
• Own integrity and proctoring: identity verification, fraud signals, AI-assisted detection and humane applicant experience.
• Lead the mobile-first applicant experience across devices and geographies.
• Advocate for AI where it adds value—transcription, summarisation, scoring support—keeping humans accountable.
• Ensure coherence of interviews and assessments across two products with a unified experience.
• Work with university admissions, agents and applicants to understand creation, completion, review and usage in decisions.
• Lead product discovery across the full interview lifecycle and governance.
