Job summary

Edurio in Coventry, UK, is hiring a Lead Product Manager to shape our survey software and guide the product team as we grow from one product to multiple.

You will own end-to-end product decisions, prioritise what to build, and ensure our work ships with real impact for schools, parents, pupils and staff.

Reporting to the Director of Product and Service, you’ll work with Claude, Notion, Linear, and Material Design to set standards and drive multi-product expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a software product end to end and deciding what not to build.
• Experience coaching product managers or readiness to start.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Experience using AI and coding agents in product work.
• Comfort making calls before evidence is complete and explaining reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Lead two Product Managers and our Data Quality and Analytics Engineer.
• Decide which problems the survey software tackles and in what order.
• Ensure what we ship is actually used by clients.
• Collaborate with the Data Quality and Analytics Engineer on numbers reliability.
• Set design and copywriting standards for both products.
• Define how the product team works and integrate AI into workflows.
• Keep doing product work yourself; this role does not stop creating.
