Confused.com, part of RVU, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape and define the product strategy for our insurance comparison platform. You will work with engineers, analysts and designers to deliver data-driven experiences across Web, Mobile App and CRM.

You will own the roadmap for insurance products, ensure regulatory alignment, and collaborate with external partners to maximize engagement, conversions and customer lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years product management experience.
• Experience running discovery within cross-functional teams.
• Bias to action with ability to deliver results.
• Commercially astute with strong critical thinking and insights.
• Resilience and adaptability in ambiguous environments.
• Good understanding of human-centered design in digital experiences.
• Strong communication, adaptable to different audiences and stakeholders.
• Experience working with external suppliers/partners.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and drive strategy for an insurance comparison product (Car/Home/Travel/Life/Pet/Bike).
• Ensure customer outcomes align with industry regulations across end-to-end journey.
• Lead discovery and support delivery to improve UX and challenge assumptions.
• Identify opportunities to grow product through differentiated experiences.
• Coordinate with platform teams to deliver required outcomes.
