Job summary

Talent Locker is recruiting a Product Manager/Owner for a leading UK insurance organisation in Stockport. The role combines ~80% product management and ~20% product ownership, with hybrid office attendance 2 days/week. The salary is up to £65,000, plus a 16% bonus and benefits.

You will own the product strategy and roadmap, drive customer journey improvements, and work with Technology, Design, Operations and wider teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Owner and/or Product Management experience.
• Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong SAFe Agile experience.
• Customer-focused and data-driven approach.
• Comfortable working across the wider business rather than staying in our own lane.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, customer servicing or contact centres would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

This is a strategic Product Manager role, with around 80% Product Management and 20% Product Ownership. We are offering a hybrid working arrangement in Stockport with 2 days per week in the office, a salary of up to £65,000, plus a 16% bonus and benefits. The role is focused on looking 12 to 18 months ahead, owning our product strategy and roadmap, and driving meaningful business change.
