Job summary

RVU is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Confused.com to drive the insurance comparison journey. You will shape the product vision, evangelise strategy, and collaborate with engineering, design and marketing to deliver data-driven experiences that deepen customer relationships and lifetime value.

You will lead discovery, manage a multi-channel end-to-end journey, and explore opportunities to leverage AI and emerging tech while coordinating across the business to deliver measurable outcomes.

• Strong product management background with discovery leadership.

• Commercially astute with strong analytical insight.

Responsibilities

• Define and evangelise the product strategy for the Comparison journey across multiple channels.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven experiences and improve customer engagement, conversion and loyalty.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and marketing to execute the roadmap.
• Manage external developers and service providers to achieve outcomes.
• Navigate organisational challenges and unblock progress with senior stakeholders.
