Job summary

UL Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Product Manager who drives profitability through pricing strategy, margin levers, and scalable programs. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Quality to translate strategy into action.

You will own the product roadmap, lead revenue initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and support Go-to-Market with compelling value propositions and training for Sales.

Qualifications

• Facilitation skills to lead stakeholder groups toward objectives.
• Interview skills to diagnose opportunities and elicit requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with product management tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, Slack, InVision, Zeplin, Aha!, Daptiv.
• Formal training or certification in Product Management is a plus.
• University degree in Computer Science, Business or related discipline.
• 5+ years of related discipline experience is preferred.
• Working with remote teams is highly preferred.
• Project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own product/service roadmap aligned to strategy and market demand, focusing on revenue growth.
• Identify and execute revenue-generating initiatives across services and lifecycle optimization.
• Lead business case development for organic growth, including market sizing and margin impact.
• Translate market and customer insights into decisions balancing near-term revenue with long-term growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute roadmap initiatives from concept through launch and scale.
• Drive on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting revenue and profitability targets.
• Serve as the single accountable owner for project outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
• Apply knowledge of the detection and security industry to inform strategy and investments.
• Engage with customers, regulators, and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Partner with Sales to support discovery, value articulation, and commercialization.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new services, including pricing and launches.
• Enable Sales with training, tools, collateral, and messaging for revenue adoption.
• Track post-launch performance and optimize offerings based on market response.
