Job summary

Futureheads Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking a Product Manager for AI products, offering a hybrid role (3 days per week on-site). You will own products from discovery to market adoption, shaping strategy and driving commercial impact.

You'll interact with customers, collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and leadership, and use AI tools to prototype ideas and speed up discovery, while defining success metrics and product-led growth.

Qualifications

• Proven Product Management experience within SaaS, B2B technology, telecoms or a related digital environment.
• Experience launching products or major features that achieved real customer adoption and commercial impact.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how product decisions influence growth, retention and revenue.
• Customer obsessed and comfortable conducting interviews, discovery sessions and user research.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels and bring teams together around a common vision.
• Confident using AI tools in day-to-day work and excited about building AI-powered products.
• Experience with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar.

Product Manager (AI Products) London Hybrid (3 days per week)

We’re looking for a Product Manager who wants to build, launch and scale AI products, not just manage backlogs. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable speaking to customers, shaping product strategy, working alongside engineers, and owning the commercial success of what they build. You'll have significant influence over product direction and be expected to take ideas from concept through to market adoption.

You’ll join a growing technology business with ambitious plans around AI and automation, helping thousands of SMB customers benefit from smarter communication and customer engagement solutions.
