Job summary

ABB UK is seeking a market-focused product leader to drive the ELIP portfolio containing Adaptaflex and Kopex offerings. Based in the office, you will manage market intelligence, define technical specifications, and lead lifecycle decisions to maximise profitability while aligning with business line strategy.

You will own the roadmap, set performance targets, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering and Production to ensure sustainable growth and strong market competitiveness.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in electrical installation industry, preferably in cable protection/cable management.
Experience as product manager/technical manager/service manager with Adaptaflex or Kopex products.

Responsibilities

Lead market intelligence analysis and identify gaps in Adaptaflex and Kopex portfolios.
Own technical and market specifications and develop a plan for sustainable growth.
Lead offer lifecycle management, define performance metrics and decide on obsolescence.
Set targets, monitor costs and liaise with operations to maximise profitability.
