PositionSummary:

JD.com is seeking a product manager that can define and lead the user journey experience on our eCommerce mobile apps and web apps in European countries such as the UK, France, Germany, and the Netherlands. In this role, you will enhance and optimise the customer journey, address pain points in the customer experience, and transform complex data into actionable insights that fuel business growth. You will work closely with engineering, data science, marketing, commercial, and operations teams to deliver user-centric solutions in a dynamic, international environment.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Identify and enhance opportunities within the mobile apps user journey, including features like new customer acquisitions, search, recommendations, promotions, product details, guided shopping, payment options and customer reviews.
  • Definecustomerlifecycleandsegments,establishperformancemetrics,andcreateastructuredapproachtoproductperformance.
  • Manageproductroadmapsandlaunchmilestones,integratingcustomerinsights,industrytrends,anddataanalyticstooptimiseuserexperience.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to shape and implement app product strategies based on user needs and business plans that extend to our global markets.
  • EmpowerBusinessinitiativesandfacilitatedecisionmakingfrombothauser-centricperspectiveandmachinelearningcapability.

MinimumQualifications:

  • Recent 5+ years of experience in product management (mobile apps and web apps) in creating / mapping customer user journey experience from end to end in the e-commerce industry for European countries.
  • Bachelor’sdegreeinComputerScience,BusinessAdministration,ProductManagement,Finance,Engineering,orarelatedfield.
  • Stronganalyticalandcommunicationskillstoeffectivelycollaborateacrossvariousteamsandleveragedatafordecision-making.
  • BilinguallevellanguageproficiencyinEnglishandatleastoneofthefollowing,Dutch,GermanorFrench.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Proventrackrecordoflargeuserbaseapps(e.g.managingappproductswithover1milliondailyactiveusers).
  • Experienceworkingacrossdifferentregionsanddiverseculturesisadvantageous.
