What you'll do

As the Product Manager of Digital Content, you will shape the future of our digital content experiences in-store, collaborating with stakeholders and technology providers to craft our technology vision, make data-driven decisions, and own our roadmap. You will deliver innovative features impacting millions, understand customer and business needs, and develop strategies balancing customer satisfaction with commercial success. Working in agile teams, you will partner with engineering, experience design, and other stakeholders to realize your vision.

What You Need To Do
  • Refine, prioritize, and showcase the product roadmap, understanding value with stakeholders and working with engineers and designers.
  • Manage the product backlog, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Apply product excellence throughout the product lifecycle, focusing on measurable outcomes.
  • Build relationships with technology partners to maximize content management tooling value and influence their roadmaps.
  • Define evaluation criteria to ensure products meet customer and colleague needs and deliver value.
  • Prioritize opportunities considering value, efficiency, and technical foundations.
  • Explore how to enhance customer and colleague experiences with interactive content.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and build shared insights with internal and external teams.
How You Will Succeed
  • Work effectively within a scrum team managing backlogs, epics, and stories.
  • Deep understanding of agile practices and decision-making frameworks.
  • Focus on exceeding customer needs and collaborating across teams.
  • Build and articulate product roadmaps and visions.
  • Ask the right questions, translate customer needs into technology solutions, and use product metrics for strategic decisions.
