The opportunity

We are looking to hire an experienced Content Marketing Manager with knowledge of the data management sector.

In coordination with other managers in the digital and events area, this role will focus on contents, specifically on strategy, creation, distribution, optimization & reporting, and promotion.

Please note: this is a mixed production and management role, so is necessary a portfolio of past work. Otherwise, applications will not be considered.

RAL: 50 - 65K€+ to 8% of company prize

Responsibilities
  • Ideates and implements autonomously, with the support of a junior specialist, the entire marketing content strategy across a variety of formats, including video.
  • Develops short-form (i.e. articles, use cases) and long-form assets (i.e. guides, whitepapers, reports) for both IT professional services and data management products, as well as specific content-based projects with partners and experts.
  • Repurposes different types of content, including presentations, speeches, etc. in other forms of assets to propel the marketing strategy.
️ Requirements:
  • BS/MS degree in Marketing or related degree (business);
  • Advanced Master's degree in Marketing will be considered a plus;
  • Previous experience of max 5-6 years in similar function in Tech, IT or Data related companies
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Expertise in using content to drive the marketing funnel
  • Strong reporting skills on content impact across several KPIs
  • Hubspot (CMS - CRM) knowledge is a plus
  • Understanding on how to develop different content styles and develop different value on various verticals
  • Expertise in briefing external agencies as well as internal (marketing & technical) members in order to deliver against the content calendar
  • SEO and thought leadership content

  • Excellent ability to manage goals and priorities
  • Orientation towards results and finding new solutions
  • Fluent knowledge of English (any other European language is a plus)
  • Experience in managing small teams
