WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We seek a Senior Product Manager to shape and drive the roadmap for our Activation Suite, focusing on campaign governance, taxonomy templates, best practice checks, and automation of ad campaign QA and creation.

In this role, you will leverage your understanding of digital media, collaborating closely with the Product Director and engineering team to set development strategies that will define standards for Choreograph and WPP companies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Product Development & Roadmap Management: Define and oversee the product roadmap, ensuring delivery aligns with business goals within resource constraints.
  • Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Build strong relationships, prioritize workloads, and ensure the delivery of technology solutions.
  • Effective Project Management: Manage milestones and deadlines, track progress, and ensure timely feature delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Feedback: Engage with stakeholders, gather feedback, and translate it into actionable features.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Involve design, enablement, training, and support teams at appropriate stages.
  • Continuous Product Backlog Refinement: Regularly evaluate and prioritize backlog items based on data insights.
  • Instilling Product Management Best Practices: Lead adoption of best practices and seek process improvements.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Experience: In product management, preferably in advertising, tech, or data-driven industries; understanding of agency and advertiser data and technology solutions; familiarity with media agency workflows and key ad tech platforms.
  • Methodologies & Practices: Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); familiarity with Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks like Gherkin.
  • Tools & Techniques: Strong analysis skills, proficiency in workflow documentation (BPMN), and familiarity with visualization and UX tools (draw.io, Tableau, Figma, etc.).
  • Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Proven ability to coordinate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Fast-paced Environment Adaptability: Ability to thrive amid changing priorities.
  • Communication & Organizational Skills: Excellent skills to inspire, influence, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Learning Agility: Quick learner with a strong work ethic and adaptability to new technologies and methodologies.
