Aveni is redefining how financial institutions use AI, building production-ready agentic systems that automate adviser workflows and streamline compliance. Our Wealth platform helps advisers and paraplanners transform documentation, workflow automation and client servicing with AI-driven tooling.

We are looking for a Product Manager - Wealth to lead the evolution of Aveni Assist, scaling the product through continuous improvement and delivering measurable value that drives retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience leading customer discovery and translating insight into product decisions.
• Strong product judgement, communication and prioritisation skills.
• Analytical, data-driven and able to collaborate across engineering, design and commercial teams.
• Proactive, self-directed and passionate about continuous iteration and customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own the Aveni Assist roadmap end-to-end to maximise impact.
• Lead continuous discovery with advisers and prospects to translate insight into product decisions.
• Validate ideas via prototypes and customer research, reducing delivery risk.
• Run beta programmes and gather structured feedback before general release.
• Translate strategy into delivery plans with Engineering and Design and maintain a healthy backlog.
• Build strong relationships across Engineering, Customer Success, Commercial and Marketing to inform decisions.
• Use analytics and product metrics to guide prioritisation and measure success.
• Stay informed on AI developments, adviser technology and FCA regulation to keep Aveni Assist market-leading.
