Job summary

Aveni is seeking a Product Manager – Assurance to lead the Agent Approve and Detect product lines, shaping strategy from discovery to market readiness within the FCA-regulated financial services domain.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams to translate complex regulatory and customer problems into valuable, shippable product outcomes. This remote UK role offers ownership and impact at scale.

Qualifications

Experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
Domain knowledge in financial services, compliance, risk, or reg tech.
Strong product judgement and stakeholder communication.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
Experience in early-stage or ambiguous product environments.

Responsibilities

Own Agent Approve and Detect product roadmaps from discovery to launch readiness.
Lead continuous discovery with customers and internal stakeholders.
Translate ideas into prototypes to validate assumptions and reduce risk.
Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver plans and backlog.
Build relationships across engineering, commercial, customer success, and marketing.
Stay current with regulatory developments and market context.
Define product KPIs and measure feature success.
