Job summary
Howden is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to own the AI & Automation area within the Retail UK & Ireland Product team. You will drive strategy, roadmaps and delivery across the insurance customer journey from quote to servicing, partnering with engineering, UX/UI, compliance and market leaders to ship valuable AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications
- 5–7 years’ product management experience with AI/automation exposure.
- Experience in insurance or related financial services.
- Experience shaping complex transformation programmes with measurable outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership of cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate AI/ML concepts into business language and requirements.
- Proven track record shipping products from discovery to adoption with metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own AI & Automation product strategy, roadmap and delivery across UK&I insurance lifecycle.
- Identify high-value AI use cases and translate into feasible solutions with engineering.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, build, testing, rollout and value realization.
- Develop and champion AI narratives, sales tools, business cases and reusable propositions.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal and Risk to ensure responsible AI standards.
- Establish governance, adoption plans and training to enable the org to realise value.
