Job summary

Accenture seeks a Product Manager Associate Manager to define and deliver product strategy, vision, and outcomes across digital services. You will bridge business stakeholders, users, and delivery teams, owning roadmaps and backlogs, prioritising investments, and delivering measurable value in a complex regulatory context.

You will collaborate with design, engineering, architecture, data and change specialists to shape product priorities, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

Experience in product leadership within regulated or critical infrastructure.
Experience delivering digital products in Agile environments.
Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication skills.
Minimum 5 years in a similar role at consumer-focused company or government body.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap.
Own the product backlog and prioritise based on value, risk and compliance.
Define success metrics and monitor product performance.
Lead AI-enabled delivery and ensure responsible AI use across the lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering and data.
