Job summary

Accenture in London is seeking a Product Manager Associate Manager to define and deliver product strategy across digital services. You will bridge business stakeholders, users, and delivery teams to ensure products deliver measurable value and align with regulatory requirements.

The role owns the product roadmap, backlog, and KPIs, collaborating with design, engineering, data, and change specialists to launch high‑quality digital offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in product owner/manager roles in regulated environments.
• Experience delivering digital products in Agile environments.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Government, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Utilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Translate business and user needs into product requirements.
• Strong understanding of Agile and scaled Agile delivery.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role at a consumer-focused company or government body.
• Degree in Business, Management, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own the product backlog and balance business value, user needs, risk, cost, policy, regulation and technical considerations.
• Define success measures, KPIs, and product outcomes.
• Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback to drive improvements.
• Track benefits realisation and ensure investment delivers measurable value.
• Be technology savvy and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead the strategic adoption of AI-enabled product management practices.
• Advocate for user-centred methodology in digital products while balancing business objectives.
• Understand agile and lean practice and align goals with stakeholders.
• Understand relevant regulations and translate compliance requirements into product decisions.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and growth to inform strategy.
• Monitor emerging AI trends to inform strategy and outcomes.
