The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to start up our AI team and lead pioneering initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence to empower finance teams. You’ll be responsible for conceiving, delivering, and evolving AI-powered applications that optimize decision-making, automate manual analysis, and enhance user experience across the Soldo platform.

Your focus will include generative AI assistants, intelligent transaction categorisation, OCR, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and data-driven guidance systems. You’ll work on complex problems at the intersection of finance, data, and product design—developing solutions that are explainable, ethical, and impactful.

This is a cross-functional role requiring deep collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Customer Success, and Product Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for AI-driven features and tools across Soldo’s ecosystem
• Identify high-impact use cases for AI by engaging with customers, internal stakeholders, and data teams
• Translate customer problems and insights into clear, testable product requirements
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop reliable, safe, and scalable AI-powered systems
• Drive initiatives such as generative assistants, personalized insights, smart alerts, and predictive models
• Own the delivery of machine learning products from ideation through launch, iteration, and measurement
• Ensure all AI capabilities are explainable, privacy-conscious, and aligned with regulatory requirements
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform priorities and validate product success
• Partner with Product Education and Marketing to drive understanding and adoption of AI tools
• Champion responsible AI practices and act as a bridge between technical complexity and real user needs

We're looking for someone who must have

• Demonstrated hands-on working experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech
• Proven ability to deliver AI-powered or data-driven applications in a real-world product environment
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, data pipelines, and AI limitations
• Comfort working with data scientists, ML engineers, and API-based infrastructure
• Analytical mindset—you use data to validate assumptions and measure success
• Track record of launching products that solve real problems and drive business outcomes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into user value
• Passion for emerging technology, user-centric design, and ethical AI
