Job description

What we are building

Mimica's mission is to empower enterprises, teams, and individuals to reclaim their most precious resource — time and work more efficiently, with greater purpose and impact.

Our AI-powered task mining observes employee actions across the desktop and categorizes them into detailed process maps. Mimica’s process intelligence highlights inefficiencies, prioritizes improvements based on ROI, recommends the optimal technology for automation (RPA, intelligent document processing, GenAI), and provides a blueprint for building new automations and transforming work.

What you will own

We’re building an exciting new product - Mimica Maker - a transformative automation engine, aimed at automating employees’ workflows starting from observation.

We’re looking for an experienced, innovative Product Manager to lead the development of the product that will enable frictionless process improvement automation across enterprise workflows. You’ll own the strategy and roadmap through ideation and go-to-market, partnering closely with Engineering and leadership to shape the future of automation for our customers.

This is a unique opportunity to own a product end-to-end and make a meaningful impact from the ground up.

Part of your day-to-day

This role is ideal for someone deeply technical who thrives in ambiguity and wants to shape a new product area at the intersection of AI/ML, RPA, and modern enterprise automation.

  • End-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, from discovery to design and launch, and iterative improvements.

  • Own and define the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with leadership (CEO and CTO).

  • Partner cross-functionally to turn broad goals into clear product plans and priorities.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer and stay attuned to evolving needs

  • Identify high-value problems and drive clarity in requirements

  • Collaborate with and engage in technical discussions across various engineering teams

  • Engage in research activities that enable and inform the product development

  • Strategically incorporate state-of-the-art ML into the product.

  • Deeply understand RPA use cases, customer pain points and market dynamics

Requirements
  • Have been a founding Product Manager of a successful product or company, bringing a product from ideation to go-to-market

  • Hands-on experience with full product development lifecycle, including ideation, research, execution, and GTM - for complex product suites

  • Systems thinker with a strong technical background or understanding

  • Hands-on experience with AI / ML products.

  • Understand Enterprise RPA and automation customer needs, use cases and pitfalls

  • Strategic planning skills and the ability to roadmap

  • Strong stakeholder management skills - will need to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including C-level executives, Engineers, and Designers.

  • Experience or interest in joining a fast-paced scale-up environment, where navigating and clarifying ambiguity are key to success.

  • Fluent in English, with great communication skills

Location

This is a fully remote position. You can be based anywhere in the UK, Europe, or the Americas within a UTC-7 to UTC+3 timezone.
