Job summary

Jobtailor in Nottingham is seeking a senior product leader to own the Mazlan agent platform roadmap and drive high-value AI capability investments. You will run structured enterprise discovery, build business cases, and partner with Product and Sales to align platform priorities with commercial targets.

You will prototype with Claude/Claude Code and Cursor to validate ideas, translate customer needs into scalable capabilities, and monitor adoption and engagement metrics across workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience owning the roadmap for an AI/agentic product in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI/agentic tooling (Claude, Claude Code, Cursor) to prototype and validate ideas.
• Strong platform product mindset, systems thinking, orchestration patterns, and failure modes.
• Commercial decision-maker able to build business cases and discuss adoption and revenue with senior stakeholders.
• Experience running enterprise discovery and translating inputs into scalable product capabilities.
• Confident communicator across engineering and commercial leadership.
• Familiarity with multi-agent coordination and conversation state from a product perspective.
• Experience or interest in regulated industries is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the Mazlan agent platform roadmap and prioritise capabilities based on customer needs and platform maturity.
• Build business cases for platform investments and track activation, engagement, and workflow completion.
• Run structured discovery with enterprise customers and internal experts to identify high-value opportunities.
• Create prototypes and workflow stubs using agentic tooling to validate value before engineering commitment.
• Produce engineering-ready specifications detailing interaction flows, orchestration, and evaluation criteria.
• Monitor platform usage signals to understand integration and friction points.
• Represent Mazlan in commercial forums and translate capabilities into customer value.
• Partner with Product and Sales to align priorities with targets and strategy.
