This full-time role invites a Senior Product Manager to partner with engineers and customers to shape enterprise-grade AI agents and drive customer success through technical leadership. You will engage with clients, present demonstrations, and translate complex AI concepts into clear value

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of product development experience for highly technical products.
• Experience in Product Management or similar role at Senior level or above.
• Ability to tailor messages for executives and customers.
• Ability to explain highly technical AI concepts to diverse audiences.
• A degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent experience.
• AI-related experience preferred; AI agents product development a plus.
• Some coding experience with React, TypeScript and Go.
• An MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Experience interfacing with end customers to influence software development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers and customers to build and ship enterprise-grade AI agents.
• Engage with customers at all levels to discover requirements.
• Prepare and present demonstrations of our agents.
• Address technical challenges in customer business processes with technical teams.
• Develop and improve virtual agents to fit customer needs and processes.
• Become a trusted advisor and drive strategic technical plans for customers.
• Collaborate with engineering to scope and implement features for customer success.

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in product development for highly technical products.
• Experience in Product Management or a similar product development role at or above Senior Product Manager level.
• Ability to craft and tailor messages for potential customers, including executives.
• Ability to communicate highly technical concepts, including recent AI developments, to both non-technical and technically proficient audiences.
• A degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• AI-related experience is preferred; product development experience for AI agents is a plus.
• Some coding experience with React, TypeScript, and Go.
• An MBA or equivalent professional experience is a plus.
• Experience in roles that interface with end customers to influence software development is a plus.

• Engage with customers at all levels of their businesses to discover and assess their requirements.
• Prepare and present demonstrations of our agents.

• Develop and improve our virtual agents to fit and anticipate customers needs and business processes.
• Become a trusted advisor to customers and drive strategic technical strategies for them.
• Work with our engineering and product development teams to scope and implement features essential to our customers success.
