Fortress Safety is a rapidly growing organisation, headquartered in Wolverhampton. Due to our ambitious growth plans, we are on the lookout for an experienced and ambitious Product Manager.

If you are passionate about leading growth strategy, profitability, and optimisation, then this is the role for you!

As Product Manager with Fortress Safety, you will have strong technical aptitude and a strategic mindset. You will be instrumental in leading the growth of one of our key strategic segments. This is the ideal role for a product management, sales, or technical professional in the industrial controls or electrical safety industries.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead growth strategy and profitability initiatives.
2. Develop a strong understanding of product development and execute from Voice of Customer to NPD launch.
3. Collaborate across our global organization to create strong relationships.
4. Work with distribution channels and multiple paths to market.

Qualifications:

1. University education within a relevant subject area - an engineering or technical degree is highly preferred.
2. 5-8 years of experience in Product Management, Technical, or Sales function within a technical B2B environment.
3. Experience with safety switches, industrial access controls, or smart device products, or exposure to the Machinery Safety market is highly preferred.

We also offer flexibility with hybrid working - but with the expectation to be present in our Wolverhampton office on a weekly basis.
