Daily Responsibilities:

• Speak to customers, lapsed customers, non-customers, and competitors to understand their problems
• Ideate on how our products can solve these problems or create new features
• Work with talented UI/UX designers to develop prototypes
• Lead a team of world-class developers to realize your ideas

Reporting to the Head of Product Management, your role will ensure the future success of the business. Our Product Leads are given the flexibility to run their products like a business within our wider organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy
• Collaborate with Development and UI/UX teams to create roadmaps and prioritize features
• Conduct customer interviews to identify needs and market trends
• Develop detailed product requirements and specifications
• Analyze product performance metrics and feedback for improvements
• Coordinate product launch activities including marketing and training
• Act as liaison between technical teams and stakeholders
