Cedar is partnering with a leading professional services organisation to appoint a CRM Product Manager who will own the strategy, roadmap and ongoing development of core CRM and marketing automation platforms.

You’ll lead a small team and collaborate with BD, Marketing, Data, Engineering and Architecture to enhance CRM adoption, data quality, automation and the overall client journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong Product Management experience across business-critical or internal platforms.
  • Experience owning CRM / Marketing Automation products.
  • Strong understanding of BD, Marketing, campaigns, segmentation and relationship management.
  • Experience with HubSpot.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience driving user adoption and change.
  • Good understanding of CRM data quality, governance and integrations.
