FLSmidth in the United Kingdom is expanding its Crushing business unit and seeks a technically skilled specialist to support Jaw & Cone crushers in aggregate applications. You will engage with product groups and global teams to influence development and deliver value to customers.

Based in Rugby, you will perform site visits, provide training, and collaborate with engineering to improve designs, support installation and commissioning, and drive continuous improvement across regions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent education.
• Experience in mining, heavy industry, or industrial equipment.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Experience with customers and cross-functional teams in technical support.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to train and influence stakeholders globally.
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced technical support to internal teams and customers.
• Conduct site visits and support opportunities.
• Act as SME for product performance, field applications, and value optimization.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve designs and machine performance.
• Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Assist Procurement and Engineering with supplier qualification and evaluations.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, support R&D, and contribute to product portfolio quality.
• Identify sales support needs for regions, including training and sales materials.
