Job summary

Holt Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mobile Crusher / Plant Fitter to join a leading crushing and screening specialist. This field-based role covers the South West, servicing, repairing, and maintaining mobile and static crushers on customer sites.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on crusher experience, strong fault-finding skills, and a full UK driving licence; travel and occasional overnight stays may be required, with good earnings potential including overtime and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience working on crushing equipment.
• Strong mechanical and fault-finding skills.
• Experience working on mobile plant machinery.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Flexible approach to travel and working away when required.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing mobile and static crushers.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on-site.
• Completing planned maintenance and breakdown work.
• Carrying out inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Replacing and overhauling major components.
• Working independently across customer sites throughout the region.

Role: Mobile Crusher / Plant Fitter

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000+ OTE

Location: Swindon - Covering the South West

Rota: Monday to Friday Days + Overtime

A leading crushing and screening specialist is looking for an experienced Mobile Crusher / Plant Fitter to join their growing team. This is a field-based role covering customer sites across the South West, carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics and major overhauls on a range of mobile and static crushing equipment.
