Job summary

Proton is seeking a Head of Growth to own product-led growth for Proton Mail & Calendar. You will design growth loops, supervise experimentation, and align product and marketing toward a single growth strategy in close collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing.

You’ll lead end-to-end funnel optimization, drive activation and retention, and build scalable growth mechanisms that increase activation, conversion, and LTV while partnering with analytics for visibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning product-led growth at a SaaS or consumer tech product.
• Experience coordinating with marketing and product teams to align growth efforts.
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills with engineers and data.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end user funnel from signup to retention and monetization.
• Design and run in-product growth experiments with PMs and engineers.
• Partner with marketing teams to align product-led and marketing-led growth.
• Collaborate with product teams on Mail and Calendar features to boost LTV.
• Build and manage a rigorous experimentation pipeline with clear readouts.
• Identify virality, referrals, and network effects to drive organic growth.
• Define core growth metrics and drive them towards targets.
• Work with data and analytics to instrument dashboards for funnel visibility.
• Synthesize user insights into bets that improve the funnel and roadmap.
• Directly influence the product roadmap with growth as a core input.
