Job summary

Mycronic through RoBAT Ltd. is seeking a Product Leader to shape the next generation of PCB test equipment from Macclesfield. You will define the product vision, translate customer requirements into a market‑leading solution, and guide development from concept through commercial launch.

You will work with OEMs, CEMs and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑value automated testing hardware, balancing innovation, technical risk, and customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for technical products.
• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Electronics or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation or electronic test equipment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience defining product requirements and roadmaps.
• Commercial awareness and market analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap.
• Gather and prioritise customer requirements from PCB manufacturers and OEMs.
• Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams including robotics, electronics, and software.
• Define pricing strategy and long‑term product evolution.
• Support beta programmes and customer evaluations.
