Job summary

Lloyd’s is seeking a Product Lead to shape the future of its Academy Signature Programmes. You’ll own a distinctive portfolio of premium programmes and market experiences for brokers, underwriters, clients, partners, and international stakeholders, turning audience needs into valuable market insights.

You’ll collaborate across Lloyd’s and with senior external partners to set standards, plan evolution, and evaluate opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience owning or developing programmes, products, events or stakeholder experiences.
• Evidence managing a portfolio of recurring activities or services.
• Experience with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to connect content, journeys and delivery plans.
• Track record of improving products or programmes through feedback.
• Experience delivering work where quality and stakeholder experience matter.
• Strong collaboration across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Signature Programmes portfolio with audiences, propositions, standards.
• Develop a plan for evolution aligned to Academy strategy.
• Evaluate opportunities and advise on investments.
• Translate audience needs into programme objectives.
• Set standards for flagship programmes, site visits, and hosted experiences.
• Oversee delivery with operational teams and partners.
• Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and practical solutions.
• Use feedback and data to improve the portfolio.
• Represent Lloyd’s Academy as an ambassador.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to support strategic priorities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners to strengthen quality and reach.
