Kingfisher is seeking a Product Lead for the Kitchen door OEB range. You will drive innovation, lead a cross-functional team, and translate customer insights into a competitive product strategy. The role focuses on agile development and delivering strong commercial performance across Own Exclusive Brands.

Hybrid working model with office and offsite collaboration is expected, balancing focused work with in-person teamwork to shape the home improvement range.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to translate market data into product strategies and ranges.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver product concepts to delivery.
• Ability to analyse trends and customer insights to drive range performance.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain an exciting, competitive OEB category range.
• Understand and influence the Banner's asks to maximise OEB potential.
• Lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, QA, brand and packaging for OEB range development.
• Project manage OEB projects from concept through delivery.
• Analyse data to identify commercial potential and drive sales/margin performance.
